Purchase Conditions
When buying an item, you agree to the rules for buyers and that;
- You will view items in person before purchasing.
- You will not transfer money to any seller you have met on this website via bank transfer, western union, paypal or any other means.
- We do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer.
Listing Conditions
When listing an item, you agree to comply with these rules and Selling Practices and that:

Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (or up to 24 hours in some circumstances). We can’t guarantee exact listing durations.

Content that violates any of Buy N Sell Vanuatu’s policies may be deleted at Buy N Sell Vanuatu’s discretion.
- We strive to create a marketplace where buyers find what they are looking for. Therefore, the appearance or placement of listings in search and browse results will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to:

buyer’s location, search query, browsing site, and history;

item’s location, listing format, price, terms of service, end time, history, and relevance to the user query;

seller’s history, including listing practices, Detailed Seller Ratings, Buy N Sell Vanuatu’s policy compliance, Feedback, and defect rate; and
- number of listings matching the buyer’s query.

Infringement. Do not post content that infringes the rights of third parties, This includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark (e.g. offering counterfeit items for sale). Entitled parties, in particular the owners of copyright, trademark rights or other rights owned by third parties can report any offers which many infringe on their rights, and submit a request for this offer to be removed. If a legal representative of the entitled party reports this to us in the correct manner, products infringing on the intellectual property rights will be removed by Buy N Sell Vanuatu .
Reporting an infringement:In order to report an infringement you must email us – admin@buynsellvanuatu.com. You can report advertisements which may infringe on your property rights. Your email must also enable Buy N Sell Vanuatu to identify the advertisement to be removed.

Liability. Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. You agree not to hold us responsible for things other users post or do.
We review users postings to the best of our ability but are not involved in the actual transactions between users. As most of the content on Buy N Sell Vanuatu comes from other users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what’s offered.
In no event do we accept liability of any description for the posting of any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent information, or material of any kind which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law.
